Accrete's All In One Drainage and Level Threshold System

The current Christchurch re-build has seen the Accrete Two Stage Channel and Grate system being specified in a number of big development sites such as the Wigram Business Park, a New World Supermarket, and schools around the region.

Accrete's Two Stage Grate System is designed to capture outdoor surface and cladding water whilst allowing a sophisticated step-free entry point to indoor and outdoor areas.

Designed for either residential or commercial applications, the unique channel and grate system allows smooth transition entry points. Accrete custom design the product to all design requirements and have a number of grate designs available to choose from. It is made in New Zealand, thus minimising lead times from order to delivery.

The Accrete Design Two Stage level threshold grate system has been designed and patented in New Zealand for New Zealand conditions.

All projects requiring level threshold entrances for use on residential and commercial projects — provides an attractive entry solution
Designed to work with all cladding and joinery types and is custom made in New Zealand to meet specific requirements
System works well with any external surface, be it concrete, pavers, or asphalt
Grate width varies allowing for multiple cladding / joinery changes in the building while still maintaining a seamless level finish
Produced as a channel and grate system to eliminate the need to box out a channel onsite, or do multiple concrete pours

The Accrete Design Two Stage system meets all aspects of the New Zealand and Australian building code E2/AS1 external moisture as well as complying with NZBC D1/AS1.3.4.D Access and Mobility, ensuring safe passage of wheelchairs and heelprotect.
