Win an iPad mini with Pink Batts Third Generation Insulation

Pink Batts third generation insulation is now both RTS M1 and GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality certified. M1 and GREENGUARD indoor air quality certification programs give assurance that products meet strict chemical emissions limits (including minimal levels of VOCs and formaldehyde) to help create healthier indoor environments. The product also continues to meet other independently assessed industry standards including the New Zealand Environmental Choice, assessed on waste minimization, energy management, manufacturing process, durability and performance characteristics. The glass wool used to manufacture Pink Batts insulation is a safe bio-soluble formulation that is not the same as fiberglass or asbestos.

The product has also been assessed by the New Zealand Asthma Foundation’s Sensitive Choice Program. In addition to the range of health benefits received from having your home fully insulated it is also safe to install in the homes of those suffering from asthma. The third generation of Pink Batts insulation has also resulted in a reduction in the amount of dust produced meaning greater comfort for those handling and installing the product. Pink Batts insulation now feels more pleasant while still retaining the performance and durability characteristics that have kept it New Zealand’s favourite insulation over the last 50 years.
