Etic Noce - give wet areas like showers natural wood looks too. Etic Ulivo - inspired by olive wood. Etic Ebano - ebony wood flooring design. BioPlank Oak Ice - perfect for areas with high foot-traffic. BioPlank Oak Lava - wood looks in easy-to-clean porcelain tile.

The latest collections of wood-look porcelain tiles newly arrived from Italy at Heritage Tiles are the Etic Collection and the Bioplank collection.

Etic offers seven different natural wood styles in an indoor and outdoor option and in two different 'plank' sizes. Some of these wood styles are inspired by rare woods; for example, the Ebano tile takes inspiration from ebony wood.

Bioplank is a unique collection that not only reproduces the knots and grain of each wood in an extremely natural way, making every listel unique and exclusive, but it also has Microban antibacterial protection on its surface. This innovative antibacterial shield eliminates up to 99.9% of bacteria on the surface of the tile and assures long-lasting protection against wear and tear, climatic conditions and repeated cleans in any usage environment. It is perfect for areas dedicated to wellness and food, where clean, safe space is desirable.

Being porcelain tiles, Etic and BioPlank are water-, stain- and frost-resistant, easy to clean and very durable. As such they can be used in high-traffic areas or areas like kitchens, where dirt and liquid spills are a common occurence. They are also easy to maintain (no need to worry about marking the floor with stilettos!) and can be installed just about anywhere – even wet areas like your shower.

And of course, wood-look tiles are very eco-friendly because you can achieve the same look without cutting down the actual tree.
