I-Built 90 LVL is an attractive, NZ made Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) product for use in timber frame construction as a lintel, beam, joist and rafter, and is available in both 45mm and 90mm applications.

I-Built 90 LVL has a clean, pre-sanded finish that is perfect for use as an exposed internal floor joist or rafter, highlighting the natural characteristics of timber. Clear sealed, the edge veneer detail of LVL adds an aesthetic difference to any floor or ceiling.

The I-Built 90 LVL product is designed to match New Zealand 90mm framing sizes, and is available in all of the common depths of 200, 240 and 300mm deep members, and a range of different strength grades. It is manufactured by Juken New Zealand Limited (an EWPPA certified mill) to meet the ANS/NZS 4357:2005 manufacturing standard for LVL. All I-Built LVL is FSC certified and can be supplied untreated for internal applications or can be treated to H3.1 (LOSP) if required.
