MAXRaft Achieves CodeMark Certification

MAXRaft is pleased to announce that its MAXRaft Fully Insulated Foundations are now backed by the quality CodeMark certification. This covers solutions for all ground types (including 'Good Ground', expansive clays and TC1/TC2 ground in Christchurch).

CodeMark means that MAXRaft Fully Insulated Foundation systems meet the requirements of the NZ Building Code, and that MAXRaft insulation systems will perform the way they promise to (providing it is used as specified). For architects, it means users can confidently specify a MAXRaft Fully Insulated Foundation with the knowledge that they are providing a warm, comfortable foundation that will meet the needs of all clients.

MAXRaft's goal is to make specifying MAXRaft as simple as possible. To this end, MAXRaft's engineers can provide a full design and PS1 foundation package for consent purposes allowing you to focus on other aspects of the project.

It is important to point out that whilst CodeMark is a voluntary certification, it is regarded as the 'gold star' when it comes to fast-tracking building consents and inspection processes. Products carrying this hallmark instantly gain acceptance from council, in turn generating peace of mind for both users and their clients.
