Titan Facade Panel can be fixed over a concrete tilt slab using CLD® Structural Cavity battens. What you want to be careful about in this application is the fixing of the CLD Structural Cavity battens into the tilt slab. Other than this the installation of Titan Facade Panels is similar to installation over timber frame as per the Titan Facade Panel and CLD Structural Cavity batten technical specification (PDF, 1.6MB).

CLD Structural Cavity battens can be fixed to tilt slabs using a HiIti fastener X-CR54 P8 fixed at 200mm c/c. This is a powder actuated fastener (PAC) which is fired using a Hilti gun.

It must be ensured that the fastener finishes flush with the batten surface.
